The goal of Elevate USA Inc.’s Supplier Diversity Policy is to provide opportunities to diverse suppliers that satisfy our training, consulting, coaching, and workforce management product and contractual standards. We wish to create a pool of reliable and expert SDP partners who fulfill distinctive niches of subject matter expertise that complement our own.

The Supplier Diversity Policy reviews opportunities from potential SDP partners based within the United States and around the world for qualifications including licenses, certification, and insurance requirements as appropriate. Our objectives include:
- Actively seeking out certified diverse suppliers that can provide competitive, high-quality services whose business model is aligned with our business strategy
- Ensuring the inclusion of diverse suppliers as a part of our corporate values and assets
- Communicating the value of supplier diversity both internally and externally to all stakeholders
- Leveraging our supplier diversity results to meet our government and corporate customers’ supplier diversity requirements while enabling the growth of diverse services and training/coaching/consulting services at competitive prices
