The program gives individuals and teams an understanding of basic process improvement and includes a 14-step guide for process improvement, and the forms and tools needed to implement a process improvement program.
Project management isn’t just for construction engineers and military logistics experts anymore. Today, in addition to the regular duties of your job, you are often expected to take on extra assignments, and to get that additional job done well, done under budget, and done on time. This three-day workshop is not intended to take you from a supervisory or administrative position to that of a project manager. Participants will learn the advanced steps to demystify the processes of project management. Participants will build upon existing tools and information to ensure successful project completion.
