Ensure your riders are having a safe and comfortable experience with our Anonymous Riders Program. We embed people of all ages, ability levels, ethnicities, and socio-economic backgrounds to pose as everyday riders. Using our Anonymous Riders App, we train each rider to report on the efficacy of the transportation routes, personnel professionalism, and safety and regulation compliance.
