Company History

Elevate USA Inc. was founded in 2007 by Ellen Engel. The women-owned executive coaching, workforce management, & consulting firm has over 60 years of combined experience in the training industry and is committed to improving the skills of employees, managers, and organizational leaders.Under Ellen’s leadership, Elevate USA Inc. has grown the training company from a single trainer to over fifty trainers working across the country and internationally, offering over 250 tailored training topics and 7,500+ self-paced online learning modules. Elevate USA Inc. is a federally certified WOSB, a third-party certified WBE in the state of Florida, and registered on SAM.gov as an Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business.

SUPPLIER DIVERSITY POLICY

At Elevate USA Inc., we find it important to expand our reach and diversity presence by forming partnerships with diverse businesses whenever possible. As a certified WBE, we are always looking for opportunities to create mutually beneficial working relationships with diverse organizations that align with our goals and values. These include LGTBQA+, minority-owned, women-owned, disabled/disadvantaged, veteran-owned, and others who offer exceptional training or consulting perspectives that can improve our content and services.

We regularly reach out to create partnerships with subject matter experts who offer unique tools, knowledge, and perspectives to share in our training and consulting projects.

The goal of Elevate USA Inc.’s Supplier Diversity Policy is to provide opportunities to diverse suppliers that satisfy our training, consulting, coaching, and workforce management product and contractual standards. We wish to create a pool of reliable and expert SDP partners who fulfill distinctive niches of subject matter expertise that complement our own.

Diverse suppliers that demonstrate the ability to add value and provide high-quality services that are competitively priced, reliable, and aligned with our strategic business model and values are encouraged to contact us regarding potential partnering opportunities.

The Supplier Diversity Policy reviews opportunities from potential SDP partners based within the United States and around the world for qualifications including licenses, certification, and insurance requirements as appropriate. Our objectives include:

  • Actively seeking out certified diverse suppliers that can provide competitive, high-quality services whose business model is aligned with our business strategy
  • Ensuring the inclusion of diverse suppliers as a part of our corporate values and assets
  • Communicating the value of supplier diversity both internally and externally to all stakeholders
  • Leveraging our supplier diversity results to meet our government and corporate customers’ supplier diversity requirements while enabling the growth of diverse services and training/coaching/consulting services at competitive prices
