Marty VerShaw is an internationally known speaker, trainer and executive coach who has worked with organizations, work teams, and individuals to improve their performance and consistently reach their goals. He has delivered more than 2,500 programs across the United States and abroad to audiences up and down the organizational chart: from front-line workers to the C-Suite. Over that time, he has created/developed hundreds of programs addressing the needs of his audience. His delivery style allows him deliver meaningful content to live groups of all sizes, as well as remote and on-demand programs. His programs inform, entertain, and empower his audience in a way that makes it easy for them to retain and use the tools, strategies, and methods they learn. Prior to joining Elevate, he worked in the magazine publishing business. During that time, he recruited, trained, managed, and developed talent, both for the sales as well as the operations side of the business.
