Elevate is excited to present our new 4-part Strengths Assessment Workshop, designed to help individuals and workplace teams to build from their strengths, find purpose, and be engaged at work. This dynamic program helps people build greater purpose, passion, and power in their life and work. We will help you identify each team member’s top talent themes and explore the talent mix of the group based on the results of each individual’s CliftonStrengths® (StrengthsFinder) assessment. Broken down into four 3-hour workshops (which can be taken as a whole series or independently of each other), this workshop will pinpoint your strengths and teach you how to use them effectively both in and out of the workplace!
Introduction to Strengths
This workshop is an introduction to the principles of talent & covers the basics of the 34 talent themes. With assessment results, we will identify everyone’s top talent themes and explore the talent mix of the group.
Working with Strengths
Building on the principles of Introduction to Strengths, this intermediate workshop goes deeper into the talents & strengths of your team, with an emphasis on utilizing talent themes to achieve workplace outcomes.
Building a Strengths-Based Culture
This advanced workshop is for leaders and influencers who want to build a strengths-based culture. With an emphasis on creating a culture of strength, we’ll discuss the six keys of strengths culture, share practical ideas, and get started on a plan.
Building an Engaged Team
Start building an engagement-friendly workplace where everybody wins—customers, employees, and the organization. With an emphasis on improving workplace engagement, this workshop will explore today’s workplace trends and the basic principles and drivers of engagement.
