Elevate BDG uses advanced assessment technology to effectively “map” an individual based on their behavioral profile to give you a better understanding of employees. With the use of two powerful assessments, we will help you to understand why your employees make decisions that they make, how they communicate, how they perceive the world, and what they are capable of doing. It’s time to take a deeper look into each member of your team to create a cohesive, productive, & motivating culture for all! Each assessment is paired with a 60-minute debrief, with a trained DISC and Motivators professional who will analyze your results and provide you with valuable insight that will help your employees communicate better and work more efficiently as a team.
Have you ever wondered why a co-worker has a completely different methodology in completing the same task as you? In the end, the results are the same, but the route you each to get there is completely different. You may ask yourself, “What is wrong with this person?” or “Why would they do it that way?” This here, is the perfect example of Behaviors & Motivators and it is known that when you have a better understanding of what an individual brings to the job (their behaviors) and what they are motivated by (their motivators), they will work more cohesively & be able to communicate more effectively with the individuals they interact with, both inside and outside of the work environment. Whereas the behaviors illustrate the HOW of our actions and decision-making, the motivators explain the WHY behind your actions and passions and focus on a person’s worldview and what they value in life. It examines the passions that lead to action, helps us understand how a person either values or judges particular situations or relationships as well as the world around them.
DISC is an extremely valuable tool, but it’s not the only tool you need to understand human dynamics. When we only use a single-dimensional assessment, we only have one perspective to understand people. By combining the DISC profile with the Motivators assessment, we can suddenly understand WHY a person moves into action and HOW they will attempt to satisfy these motivators. With this combined information, we can start to understand why two people with the same motivators will go about something in a very different manner. For example, a person with a strong “Social” motivator with a high “D” behavioral style will likely want to help others but will do so in a direct and forceful way, while a person with the same strong “Social” motivator and a high “S” behavioral style will likely help others by being patient, supportive and sharing. With a multi-science approach, we have a more complete understanding of an individual and we can develop plans to help them be more effective – personally and professionally.
